General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Proper nourishment , hot fomentations and exercises will be helpful. Initially rest should be taken for 1 week. You can do hot fomentation or ice pack application this time. Taking vitamin D , b12 and calcium will be helpful also. You can take over the counter analgesics like ibuprofen in case of pain and discomfort. Local application of anti inflammatory gels like diclofenac or ketoprofen will be helpful also.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
