Suggest Treatment For Psychosis And Social Anxiety

I have Schizoaffective disorder. I have had psychotic episodes in the past and am still in psychosis. My Schizoaffective is Bipolar type and is present since childhood. I had racing thoughts aged 7 but went undiagnosed until 25. I also have social anxiety disorder. I am wondering whether I have ADD, too. My childhood symptoms include: !) Cannot initiate tasks for days. Say I have an exam or a test, I keep delaying starting the tasks 2) In abject fear of failure, I focus. This is a very strong focus and I become oblivious to my surroundings completely. Other times when I am making phone calls, say, I am in my zone and cannot make a conversation with anyone. 3) In a crowded place, where there is noise, I go quiet. When I speak my voice goes low. There is a sound-filtering issue here. Is this usually related to ADD or Schizoaffective? 4) In the classroom, if someone is talking, I cannot focus on the lectures-- I get distracted by what they are saying 5) Cannot sustain doing tasks. Need 6,7,8 cups of caffeine and breaks 6) Used to fidget in the classroom as a kid 7) Day-dream in the classrooms-- don t follow the lecture 8) When someone speaks for a long time, I cannot follow what he is saying 9) I don t notice things visually, such as, the color of the shirt someone is wearing or what is written on the shirt. 10) I cannot multi-task 11) Cannot make presentations with the words coming out in the right order 12) Seeing a speech therapist. Cannot learn to pronounce letters correctly 13) Months late on assignments in school. I always think about initiating but delay it Can all of these symptoms be caused by Schizoaffective or there is a separate ADD?
