Dermatologist 's  Response
hi. i suggest you to confirm the diagnosis of psoriasis and histopathology is diagnostic. There are many treatment modalities available for psoriasis and choice depends on extent of disease, previous treatment received, co morbidities (like liver problem) and lifestyle, among others. Discuss these with your dermatologist and stick to the treatment chosen for a sufficiently long time. Also, avoid smoking, alcohol and relax as anxiety aggravates psoriasis. Hope it helps
