Suggest Treatment For Psoriasis Vulgaris
I am 63 years old suffering with Psoriasis Vulgaris since 1993. Doctor treated me with oral methotrexate with good response. H/o deranged Liver enzymes in two occasions-2 years ago and last month( SGPT-74), than I stopped medicine.After 15 days SGPT tested found 45 and ULTRASOUND ARFI ADDITIONAL- LEVER, study shows Shear velocities from segment 5&8 of lever are Meian 1.5, Mean1.57. Impression by Doctor is deranged liver enzymes; ARFI Values are in fibrotic range. Can you tell should I take methotrexate again?

Don't take methotrexate due to your abnormal readings of your Liver enzymes.
Better to go for topical applications.
morning SALICYLIC ACID 12% cream.
night times CALCIPROTRIOL cream.
personal hygiene.
Mental relaxation
will give good result.
Take one course of OMEGA III fatty acids capsules for 21 days.
Don't take methotrexate due to your abnormal readings of your Liver enzymes.
Better to go for topical applications.
