General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The cracks to anus could be due to constipation, very hard stools causing tear to anal while forceful pushing the stools down. This is called anal fissure and can cause blood along with stools. The use of cheap detergent can lead to rashes on anal skin along with itching. Such excessive itching can lead to bleeding. Stopping use of such detergent and application of steroid skin ointment would help.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
