Hello
Your grandfather is having prostate and bone cancer .
History of illness is very ambiguous ,so very difficult to advise something.
Still I am trying .
Enlargement of prostate is very common in old age patient ( >60 years ) . Enlargement of prostate is two types :
1 Benign prostatic hyperplasia or BPH ( can be treated with medicine as well surgery).
2 Malignant prostatic hyperplasia , in common terms call as cancer and it spread to bones and in lungs known as metastasis .
So in my opinion your grandfather may have malignancy ( cancer ) of prostate and this spread in bone (s).
Without complete report , it is very difficult to say something , so either upload biopsy report of prostate or consult another UROLOGIST and get his opinion.
Good luck.
