Suggest Treatment For Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding And Anaerobic Infection

I experienced a missed miscarriage on the 5th December 2014. I am still currently bleeding. I had two scans where products of conception still remained, my last scan was on the 31st December 2014. I had a pregnancy test on the 13th January 2015 which was negative, I have been given three courses of co-amoxiclav antibiotics, however my discharge is immensely offensive and current tests show I have an anaerobic infection which the hospital failed to inform me of after taking swabs on the 13th January 2015! My doctor checked lab results after explaining my distress to him and put me on utovlan to try and stop the bleeding which is quite light now however it still has not stopped and I am taking metronizadole to try and treat this unknown anaerobic infection what s happening to me please help!
