Suggest Treatment For Prolonged Bacterial Pneumonia

Hi there, I have appeared to be suffering from bacterial pneumonia for the last 3-4 weeks and I have had two sets of antibiotics, clarithromycin first, then doxycycline. At first I had no idea what could have caused it, and was looking at websites and realises a few weeks ago I seemingly inhaled gum. I did not feel it go down properly like normal. I have finished the doxycycline and I am unsure about how to proceed. Thank you in advance for you help.
