Suggest Treatment For Projectile Vomiting, Diarrhea And Loss Of Appetite In Child

23 months Projectile vomiting x4 days Watery diarrhea x4 days Refusing solid foods Diet primarily pedialyte and water which he vomits too Been trying to keep him as hydrated as possible. Today he is getting tired a lot. Possibly getting dehydrated. Should I take him to the ER?

Dear patient,

since this is going on 4 days alreay it i best to take the child to an ER for temporary iv fluid substitution, especially if there are signs of dehydration occuring like tiredness.
