hello sir myself Nitesh from noida and i want ask a question if i have a problem in nose and doctor s gave me medicine and suggest me to take steam then i forgot which type steam - simple steam, nebulization steam, vicks steam or only namkeen water steam so pls suggest me at once

hello,thanks for your query, steam inhalation can be by simple boiling water, add i tea spoon of vicks , cover with blanket, breath in through nose, breath out through out mouth. twice daily for 3-5days, depending on symptoms.ne bulizing liquids used in wheeze.all the best,take care.
