Suggest Treatment For Primary Lateral Sclerosis

My lower lip has been twitching and pulling in a downward pull off and on for the last month or two. It may go a day without happening but then it comes back for several days occurring 3 or 4 times during the day. Could it be hemifacial spasm? Or stress? My mother has been diagnosed with Primary Lateral Sclerosis so I am concerned that it may be hereditary. Thank you
