I have what feels like extremely bad case of TMJ in both jaws, but worse on right side, but have had pressure in head on and off for weeks and when looking down, feel like blood is rushing to my head and feels like a hot flash, only in head. I currently take Enbrel 50mg sureclick for psoriatic arthritis and 7.5mg methotrexate weekly. Not sure what kind of dr to see. I see my Rheumatologist (NP) next week but wonder if I should wait. Also considering a second opinion as it doesn t appear this is working for the arthritis.
