Suggest Treatment For Pressure In My Throat

Last night I started feeling some weird pressure on the right side of my throat. It hurt to swallow and yawn. When I would turn my head I would hear some crunching at the right side of my throat. Same if I pressed that side. This morning not only my throat hurts but also the back of my neck on the right side. It hurts to swallow, yawn and even turn my head. And the crunching is still there. Sometimes when I swallow or just breathe normally I feel pain at my upper chest. My throat looks totally normal and there s no swelling. Also when I press my throat I can sometimes feel some crumb-like things moving under my hand. I ve never had anything like this so I m worried. I m only 18, 58kg, 170cm and I don t get sick often.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi. Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your problems. The typical crunching sound without much swelling is suggesting that you are suffering from parapharyngeal abscess.
You need an urgent CT scan, tests of blood and consulting ENT SURGEON, proper treatment ASAP
