Suggest Treatment For Pressure In My Chest And Numbness In Lips

these things happen a couple of times a week. My lips become numb. I feel pressure in my chest, I cough and feel panic. I told my doctor and he said because the numbness of my lips aren't just on one side he feels it's anxiety which I've suffered from prior. Just a different kind.
