Hello Friend,
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.

You are married having a baby and you told that you are suffering from premature ejaculation(PME) means when someone ejaculate so early that before female partner get orgasm.

So first of all discuss this issue with your wife that how is she feeling about your erection and her orgasm.

I guess you did not have take any treatment yet.
There are two types of treatment.

One is non medicinal approach. There are two methods called, "Stop and squeeze technique" and "Master and Johnson technique" can be learnt from qualified sexologist/psychologist.But these methods required couple counseling so you should consult doctor with your wife.As your wife love you very much I think she will come with you.

Another option is medicines like clomipramine which can be taken daily or sometime on required basis after doctor's consultation.Another medicine is paroxetine. So better to consult doctor for best option.
About Side effects:
Clomipramine: as dose required is 10-25 mg which is not going to cause any major side effects if tolerated well.
Paroxetine: may cause some headache ,giddiness or nausea but overall it is also good tolerated.Go to doctor , start the medicines after discussion. It will help you for sure.

Now whom to consult!
Dhaka is a big city and there should be some good psychiatrist.Generally practice of sexology is done by psychiatrist as this part comes under psychiatry in Medical curriculum.
And some of MBBS doctors also do the practice of sexology after doing fellowship or PhD.
So consult psychiatrist/qualified sexologist and get rid of your problem.

Hope I have answered your query, if still any confusion late me know.
Regards, Dr. Chintan Solanki
