hi, thanks for writing. i have understood your concerns..
the early ejaculation is because of psychological reasons only and your doctors have told truth. most important thing here is apart from the stress of daily life when you have started thinking about your failure in bed because of early ejaculation your anxiety has increased and now it is the cause for your problems..
ejaculation can be delayed by some behavioral methods and drugs also..
if you dont want to take drugs then you must go for behavioral methods. these are : squeeze technique, stop-start method and other interruption methods. these methods you can read from the internet and practice regularly. you find benefit gradually and effects are long lasting. your wife can also help in performing these techniques. after regular practice your ejaculation will be delayed and you need not take any drugs.
in my opinion you shud consult a sexologist or psychiatrist and undergo dual sex therapy. both you and your partner shud participate in it. learn more about foreplay and how to satisfy your wife. for learning purpose you can watch some porn movies. even after these you are not able to delay your ejaculation then you can take drugs after prescription and discussion with your sexologist.
i hope this will be helpful to you.. best of luck..
