Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation

Hello doc. Archana 26 f married here. Its been 11 months that I got married. We dint had any sex for two months afte mrge. Later after when we cam close .. He has a pre ejaculation problem. His penis doesn t stay hard nt even for few mins.. He ejaculates with in few seconds may b with in 15 to 20 sec. When the penis become bigger the round size would be with the diameter when we make a symbol of zero with thumb finger n the next . The tip of the other finger need to b placed on the first line on the thumb finger.till date he never ejaculated in the vagina.the length of the penis would b around 3 to 4 inches. Kindly suggest what can I do.he s a very nic person n cares me so much.

Hi.

Archana, he needs to come out of his shell and seek treatment for both erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation.

Treatment of ED mainly includes the use of medications like sildenafil, tadalafil, avanafil. But these can only be prescribed by a specialist and so he will first have to visit one, and along with counselling from a psychiatrist he will have to be prescribed one of these medications. But before that he will also have to undergo an array of tests to determine what exactly is the cause for his ED.

Treatment for PE includes various behavioural techniques, manoeuvres, oral medications, topical anaesthesia, etc. So it would be best to consult a doctor first ma'am.

I admire you for sticking to your man, when most women wouldn't have. Trust me, a good man is hard to find so please make sure you support him and convince him to seek treatment for both of your sake.
