hi Rajesh , don't feel tensed about it .i see lot of patients coming to my clinic with similar complaints.first i suggest them master and Johnson technique as it is mainly a psychological problem and not physical.one failure may lead to another and this produce fear in you that i will not be able to have proper sex.in this technique female partner is asked to masturbate male partner and when he is about to ejaculate she presses glans of penis.by practicing many times you will be able to master it .i prescribe paroxetine to delay ejaculation.while going for sex don't keep preoccupations that u will fail this time also.go tension free and have sex.
