Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

This could be due to your medication that is causing enough dilatation of vessels which is leading to postural hypotension. I suggest you visit your doctor to adjust your medication according to your needs and symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
