Central trochlea epiphyseal mildly expansible lobulated lesion with non intensive central matrix with well defined margination. Brodie s access grandulomatous abcess appearances are atypical for PVNS and or did geographic marginal erosions associated with arthropathy in the presence of limited joint effusion and minimal reactive bone marrow edema. Appeaerences of somewhat atypical for cystic osteonecrosis post trama. What does all this mean?

This is most likely post traumatic Brodie abscess. It is better to get X-rays done and MRI if required. Gets an antibodies and calcium coverage, otherwise, it is not a major thing, so don't worry.
