Suggest Treatment For Post Nasal Drip Due To Allergy

I have a post nasal drip due to allergies and cough very violently to the point where in the past I have required muscle relaxants. This year it almost brings me to the point if vomiting. I can feel it in the muscles if my vagina. I don't know if this is related but between my vagina and anus I have discovered a lump the size of a small cherry tomato on the left side. It is inflamed and is not stationary. It decreases in size at times. When I cough it can be a little painful. What is it?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The post-nasal drip can be controlled by treatment of allergy.
An inflamed lump present in the region vaginal and anal opening could be due to inflamed Bartholins gland.
Obstruction of the duct of Bartholins gland can lead to accumulation of secretions inside Bartholins glands and thus inflammation.
However, a clinical assessment is required to know the nature of the lesion.
In case, the lump is due to Bartholins gland enlargement, deroofing of the swelling along with antibiotic course will be required.
