Suggest Treatment For Post Acne Scars On Face

Good morning doctor well I used to have acne/ pimples few years ago now it left scars on my face. I met a pharmacist few days ago was telling me to use Sofrtamicin and Cloben g and to eat lcotretoin 20 mg capsule to fill those scars on my face. I need you to have a look at this. Thanks

Dear,
Residual scar marks post acne is very much common. 1st of all I will warn you not to use local steroid like clobetaso ...it will make them regress temporarily but they will recur more dangerously in full forn.
Now for treatment. ..use isotretoin oint for local application on acne....for scar marks u can use Hypomelanizing cream like desowen or melanorm ...but these are very sensitive and may lead to severe reaction.
So use them in night for 20 mins..if everthing goes fine ...u can use them fir 4 hrrs afetr one hr and later on for full night but remember 1 thinh
NEVER GO IN SUN LIGHT AFTER APPLICATION OF HYPOMELANIZING CREAM ...THAT CANLEAD TO SEVERE REACTION.
I will suggest to visit a dermatologist.
