Suggest Treatment For Possible Sliding Hiatus Hernia

I continue to have no systems problems, and, as I shared the ultrasound and blood tests were unremarkable, however, the stitch like nagging feeling on my right side continues. I no longer do crunches as I agree I may have injured or stretched some part of muscle or connective tissue. I still do stretching and other exercises specifically in case I have a sliding hiatus hernia that was not captured. Maybe I have an adhesion also? No cure and mystery remains. Thanks, Moira Margaret Taylor
