Suggest Treatment For Poor Erection

I have a serious problem maintaining a erection. I ve been experiencing this for some years now but was to embarrassed to say anything about it. Now my penis will barely get erect. My penis wont get erect enough for penetration now. I need help with this problem ASAP. I take Norsvac and Licinipril for high blood pressure.

-diabetes(RBS )
-cholesterol (by lipid profile)
-Hypertension severity by blood pressure measurement
-Smoking, alcohol (avoided if taking)
-Obesity (by BMI)
-prostate problem (USG)
-stress and cardiac history

According to cause specific treatment given

If needed sildenafil like drug used for this problem
