I m suffering from Polycystic ovarian disease , I m having irregular periods after intervals of one week , is it serious? I m taking Meptrate tablet & Gynocare capsule in my treatment .how long it will take to cure? Please guide me ...I m really depressed. ..

1. since PCOD is associated with hypothyroidism thus check with thyroid function test.

2. Because PCOS affect Ovulation so do check with your Doctor for Medications.

AVOID: refined carbohydrates (packed cereals,white bread-rice-flour,pasta, cakes,biscuits,sugar, honey, fruit juice concentrates,’starch’,watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple,potato,carrots,dried fruits,ice cream,chocolates, jellies,pizza), and especially Milk.
.TAKE: fresh green vegetables,whole grains,olives,soy products,whole legumes (peas,beans,lentils),brown rice,oat meal,barley.
