My son, age 37 has been three times to primary care for plugged ears, nausea due to the problem, and a distinctive oder only he can smell in his nose. He was referred to an ENT, however both primary and ENT said it was nothing. What can he do? He is miserable.

Suggest Treatment For Plugged Ears And Nausea
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. As the ENT has given a clean chit, the problems related to ENT are ruled out here. Now comes the issues of possible lesion at olfactory nerves, which has to be addressed with an expert Neuro physician. Wish you fine recovery and health. Regards.
