General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As the ENT has given a clean chit, the problems related to ENT are ruled out here.

Now comes the issues of possible lesion at olfactory nerves, which has to be addressed with an expert Neuro physician.

Wish you fine recovery and health.

Regards.
