Suggest Treatment For Pink Eye For A 1-year-old Baby Girl

My baby girl is 1year old and she is suffering from pink eye from last 7days we have consulted pediatric has given ciplox drops and eye ointment but I see no changes, baby cry a lot for irritation and has swelling eye lids, I am applying castor oil to her head and cleaning eyes with rose water but no changes, need help to reduce her body heat and to reduce swelling pink eye. Please help.

pink eye is known as conjunctivitis. conjunctivitis is caused by virus, bacteria, allergens, or even irritants. i would prefer that you consult an ophthalmologist immediately to evaluate more of the eyes of you child specially that she having fever already.
