Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimples which is very common problem in teens. It could be due to onset of puberty, hormonal changes and clogged pores of skin. I would suggest you to wash you face 2-3 times a day with mild soap and warm water to prevent the accumulation of oil ,dust and bacteria on your face. If acne still persists consult dermatologist for proper examination .Doctor may prescribe ointments containing benzyol peroxide, azelaic acid or retinoids. Apply vitamin E oil at night. Don't pick or touch acne.Eat fresh fruits and vegetables ,also drink plenty of water.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get well Soon.
Best Wishes,
