Suggest Treatment For Pimples On The Legs And Chest

i have been geeting what looks like small pimples around the areas that are warmest on my body or clothed alot like shoulders tops of legs and chest they dont go away or heal and it looks like there are small brown and or white worms in them it also feels like they move around my hair and nose hair onto my face theey leave big discolored scars and it is affecting my skin horribly whatever these things are heat seems to prompt their movements alot i have tried coconut cream and even a prescription cream for fungal infections but nothing helps i never had anything like this until i worked at a chicken farm

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the fungal infection but it could be dermatitis and it may be due to some infection it is the self limiting condition bur care needs to be taken for formation small abscess and on precaution or prophylaxis basis Tab Erythromycin can be taken with local application of "Povidone iodine" hope this information helps.
