Suggest Treatment For Pimples On The Face

Hi, I am a 20 year old female, and I have had one dermatosis papulosa nigra, but recently I ve realized that other tiny ones are developing on my face. Is there anything I can apply on them to keep them from growing? Or should I change my facial care products, or is there a specific way to take care of my face to avoid them. Thank you.

Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimples on face and these can be avoided by use of topical antibacterial clindamycin gel along with topical retinoid like Adapalene gel. Avoid itching and pricking of these pimples. Maintain complete hygiene. You should visit dermatologist once. Dermabrasion, Fractional CO2 Laser, Chemical peeling, Microabrasion are all recent methods of skin clearing. Start treatment after proper prescription.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
