Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimples on forehead while on other medications, Well pimples are the result of hormonal changes in body, due to stress and excessive production of sebum from sebaceous gland. I would suggest you to apply benzoyl peroxide lotion twice a day after wash your face with mild soap. You should apply ice for 5 minutes on affected area thrice a day. You can also take oral antibiotics along with it like tetracycline. You should avoid food rich in oil and spices. It will be completely cured in 3-4 weeks if all precautions taken properly. If pimples still persists or doesn't improve in one month ,consult dermatologist and start treatment after proper prescription.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
