Suggest Treatment For Pimples On Face

HI I AM 32 YERS OLD UNMARRIED, AND I AM HAVING PIMPLES PROBLEM AND PIMPLES SPOT ON FACE AND SKIN TAN. BEFORE 1 YEARS I WAS LIVE AT MUMBAI BUT I SHIFTED TO PUNE LAST 1 YEARS. AND NAW I AM LIVING AT PUNE IN GIRLS PG . MY SKIN IS TAN AND NOT GLOW ON SKIN PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT I DO..

You have two problems pimples and pimple marks. After clearance of pimples you can clear pimples marks.
Advice
1.     Apply locally Clindoxyl gel (clindamycin + benzyl peroxide) at bed time for a month
2.     Doxycycline 50 mg daily per oral for 30 days. If you are pregnant then do not use doxycycline
3.     Use Acne aid soap three time daily for cleaning your face
4.     Do not squeeze pimples as it will cause scarring
5.     Keep pimples untouched
6.     Try to avoid use of unbranded cosmetics unnecessarily
7.     Avoid mental stress as it aggravates acne
After total clearance of pimples, you can apply Melacare cream at bed time in your face for one month. Do not rub while applying and apply a very thin layer (small amount). Do not use Melacare on cut mark.
Melacare cream makes you skin sensitive to sunlight. So use Spectraban sensitive sunscreen cream before exposure to sunlight. You can use other over the counter sunscreen available in the market.
