Suggest Treatment For Pimples On Face
Hallo Doctor I have a problem in my face around the nose and lip area. I am 32 years old and still in the infected area there comes pimples filled of puss. I use Bentovate-C on that area. If i do not use Betnovate-C them the pimples gets a blackish spot and started itching and it looks like a fungus infection appeared on that area. I have this problem since 10 years. I consulted Homeopathic doctor first and he prescribed me this medicine so i started to use Betnovate-C. But i do not want to use it any more, if i try to leave the use then on second day some pimples arises and after that same condition. So lastly i am forced to use it every day. Kindly suggest me how can i leave the use of this cream and kindly suggest medicines to finish this skin problem for ever.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimples on face around the nose and lip area which occurs whens skin pores becomes clogged and clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. I would suggest you to exfoliate your face once a week and apply aloe vera gel. You should apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course as you are not getting benefited with laser therapy. Drink 8-9 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. Cover skin with cloth when exposure to sun. Oral retinoids are one of the most effective antiacne medicines which are recommended in case of severe or acne unresponsive to other medicines.
