Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per you query you are having pimples on face after exposure to sunlight which occurs when sebaceous gland under the hair follicle get blocked as sebum get accumulated in clogged duct of sebaceous gland. It is because of excessive stimulation of melanocytes as well. I would suggest you to wash you face 2-3 times a day with mild soap and warm water to prevent the accumulation of oil ,dust and bacteria on your face. You should apply vitamin E oil at night. Avoid greasy creams ,use water based products. Don't pick or touch acne. If acne still persists consult dermatologist for proper examination. Avoid exposure to sunlight.Use sunscreen TANCARE rich in spf 26. Doctor may prescribe ointments containing benzoyl peroxide, azelaic acid or retinoids. Sometimes doctor may also prescribe antibiotics. Apply apple cider vinegar then wash with warm water twice daily.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get well Soon.

Best Wishes,
