Suggest Treatment For Pimples And Black Spots On Face

hi doctor........ I am 22 year girl I have some pimples and black spots on my face... please suggest me for any cream which will be helpful to clean all pimples and black spot without any Sadie fact... my skin is sensitive.... please help me for the same

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.

As per your complain acne or pimples can occur due to a number of causes like oily skin, clogged pores, bacterial infection, inflammation, hormonal imbalances etc..
I would suggest you to start washing your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash..
Apply a combination of creams or ointments containing benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin..
You can also apply retinoids like Adapelene gel over the pimples in thin layer..
You can do cool compresses over the pimples..
For black spots you can apply cream containing Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin..
Apply creams containing Azelic acid..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week..You can limit sun exposure and always apply a sunscreen lotion when going into sun..
You can also go for treatments like Microdermabrasion..
