Suggest Treatment For Pimples And Black Marks On Face

Hello Sir , Myself x i am 26 years old , I am having pimples and black marks on my face, i rarely have my face clear ..otherwise atleast i can see 1 pimple on my face with the black marks left by the earlier ones. since i am a office going person , I hardly get time to take care of my face.kindly suggest me something which can be used comfortably after or before my office timings i.e 9 am - 7 pm .

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain pimples can occur due to a number of causes like oily skin, hormonal imbalance, bacterial infection, inflammation etc..
Black spots can be scars left post resolution of acne..
I would suggest you to apply benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin gel over the face, apply adapelene gel at night, do cool compresses over face..
Wash your face with salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing face wash..
Take multivitamin supplements..
You can apply Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin containing creams on face to reduce dark spots and apply vitamin E gel at night..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week using a gentle scrub..
Limit sun exposure..
