Suggest Treatment For Pimple On Perineum

There is a pimple looking thing on my sons perineum. He is 5. It itches him a lot. And getting more itchy. He also has cauliflower type growths around his anus that he's had for a long time. We saw derm about this a week ago. She said to watch them. But the itching is getting worse. I feel bad for him. What can we do

HI...by what you quote I feel what your son is having are viral warts. There is specific therapy for them in dermatology and cosmetology.
