Suggest Treatment For Pimple-like Bumps On The Face

I m 57 years old. & I now have blemishes on my face, however they appear to be pimples or whatever. When I try to squeeze them nothing comes out. The only time I really had pimples was when I was much younger. I have already had a Hysterectomy & I m thinking that maybe these blemishes/pimples are signs of stress??
