Suggest Treatment For Pimple Like Boils On Vagina

I m 21 and I keep getting boils or pimples on the top of my vagina. The surface right under my stomach. They a usually stay there for maybe 3 or 4 days in until it comes to a head and I bust them or bust on its on. I sweat a lot down there can that be the problem?

Yes sweat can be a reason for bacterial growth there which can result in boil formation. Apply fusidic acid or OTC anti pimple/ antibacterial ointments which can reduce the formation of such boils. Also wash the area with an antibacterial soap after shaving and apply an antibacterial ointment after shaving.
