Suggest Treatment For Pigmentation In The Inner Thighs
I have some discoloration/pigmented spots on my vagina. Ive had them for some time now but it seems to be getting worse. It is also near my anus and my inner thighs. How do i make it go away and is this normal? (I have freckles all over my body dont know if this matters) it makes me feel dirty and im a very clean person :(

Most probably it is due to chronic fungal infection.
As a first line management you can apply over the counter topical antifungals-steroid combination like clotrimazole-betamethasone after cleaning with soap and water.
It will take very long time for complete recovery.
