Suggest Treatment For Pigmentation Around Corners Of Mouth

Hii...aftr using lipophilic cream more than 15 days on corners of my mouth aftr dr recommendation due to darkening at corners, it appears more darker and seems some dark lesion type....what should I use then to cure it....?? Should I discontinue to use or use niltan or any other cream ?? Plzz suggest. ....??

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Persistence of pigmentation at corners of mouth despite the use of topical ointment can be due to hormonal imbalance.
Tanning is one of the cause of hyperpigmentation of skin, however, the pigmentation in tanning is uniform and not limited to specific site.
Hormonal imbalance especially imbalance of pituitary hormones can be associated with hyperpigmentation of the skin.
I suggest you to consult a skin specialist for clinical assessment and thus treatment.
