Suggest Treatment For Pesence Of Blood In Urine

Hi I have had for the last month been noticing that my urine has been sinking to the bottom of the toilet. Only once did it show blood but that was before my period. The color is darker than normal. I drink about a gallon of water a day sometimes more. I pee a lot when I go pee, and a I pee a few times a day.
