Suggest Treatment For Persistent Vaginal Spotting

I m 32 yrs old I hv spotting pblm from last month from 1 march, i took sme medicines n my periods came on 15 marchbut bleeding was heavy for 7 days. After dat again i m getting spotting till today , i took gynac cvp and sylate but still not recivered from bleeding, now my doc suggested me pause mf for 5 days, my question is , my beeliding will stop or do i need to take harmons tab ? I am face this pblm every year since i got mences first time

Hi, I think you will have to take hormonal treatment like progesterone in high doses to stop the bleeding. Get a thyroid profile and prolactin levels and a ultrasound for your uterus and ovaries done to find out the cause of irregular periods. Also get a pelvic examination done by a gynecologist to rule out any cervical pathology.
