Suggest Treatment For Persistent Stomach Cramps

I have been experiencing stomach cramps in my stomach area and lower abdomen (under my belly button) for about 2 days already, the pain isn t bad, but it is always there, it really bothers me and i am worried about something serious. I feel bloated and cannot pass gas, my stool is thin and i have diarrhea. I also burp a lot recently.

Food poisoning may cause abdominal cramps problems.

Stool examination test can done.

Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
