Suggest Treatment For Persistent Pain Caused By Fissures In The Anus
Hi, I m MEGHA, I m 29 yrs old. from last 20 days I m suffering from fissure. In between from last two days I m suffering from col& flu treatment is going on but pains due to fissure increased & it bleeds too. Can I use Diltegesic gel? One more Q. that what is the cause this fissure.
Hi Megha, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Fissures when it causes pain and bleeding should be managed surgically. Conservative management with medications might give only temporary and partial relief. It would be ideal for you to plan for 'fissurotomy' after getting proper evaluation by consulting Surgeon. It can be done by cryosurgery, which is a day care procedure under local anaesthesia, wherein the recovery also seems to be quick. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
