Suggest Treatment For Persistent Neck Spasms

i have a twisted neck i took an xray and the doc just said i needed a cervical collar and thats all i bought it and used to for a week now my neck is still twisted, also my adams apple is twisted causing breathing problems i need your help what do i need to do

if you have breathing difficulty due to this neck pain i would suggest you to see a ent cause muscle pain and spasms dont cause breathing problems u should get yourself examined in detail
