Suggest Treatment For Persistent Nausea, Dizziness And Fatigue

I have been feeling nauseous off and on for 3 weeks, sometimes accompanied by dizziness and weakness, and sometimes feeling very fatigued. While it started off mild, it is getting stronger with more recent episodes. My teen daughter was throwing up and had similar symptoms but she s gotten over it. I haven t thrown up, but the nausea lingers, coming and going throughout the day. Don t know if it s worth going to the doctor s office because I feel chances are that it s viral.

Hello,

Looks most likely common source of infection: food poisoning you need to start on an antibiotic.

I can suggest you take Rifagut twice daily and Normaxin twice daily for 5 days. If after 5 days not subsiding please visit the hospital.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Anusha Molugu, Anesthesiologist
