Suggest Treatment For Persistent Migraine

Ive had migraines basically all my life yet doctors cant tell me what triggers them or given me medication that actually treats them. They come on at any time I could literally wake up with one. Now im sensing a type of pulling pain on the left side of my head and im wondering could there be something that the doctors are missing when their running tests or is this more than just a migraine
