Suggest Treatment For Persistent Lower Back Pain

My wife is having lower back. We went to the hospital but the claim it s a strain back. We really don t think this is the case. It has nit gotten any better she takes muscle relaxer ibuprofen 800 relieves the back for the moment. Should we seek a second opinion

the low back pain can be due to ergonomic issues may be related to house hold chores or work.

so for pain can give her tablet dicloenac 50 mg twice daily.
hot compression with hot bag followed by application of diclofenac gel.

for further treatment take her to an orthopedician and she will need physiotherapy.
