Suggest Treatment For Persistent Knee Pain

I power washed my deck yesterday and while doing so I slipped a few times but didn t fall. I felt no pain at the time. Last night I went to bed with no pain. This morning my left knee had pain just below the knee cap just to the left of center. It hurts most when standing up or sitting down or when climbing stairs. I iced it for several hours this morning

Hi,

It could be soft tissue injury and can be managed with Ibuprofen if the pain persistence then imaging study is a must to rule out the internal injury it can be hairline fractured.
